  • All Products are 3D printed and may have slight variations in colour, texture, or finish.

  • Images are for reference only. Actual Products may vary slightly from pictures shown on the website.

  • Products are not suitable for children under 3 years old.

Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable).

  • We accept payment via PayPal.

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email does not guarantee acceptance — we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship to the UK only.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and postal delays.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Custom-made or personalised items (such as 3D printed products made to order) are exempt from this right unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of approval
