We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights when buying from our website www.elite3dprints.co.uk.

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order.
To exercise this right, you must contact us in writing within 14 days of delivery.

However, please note that custom-made or personalised items (such as 3D printed products made to your specifications) are not eligible for cancellation or refund, unless they are faulty or damaged when you receive them.

 

2. Returns

If your item is eligible for return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
You then have another 14 days to send the item back to us.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email) must be provided.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless it is faulty or damaged.

 

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care in producing and packing our 3D printed items, but if something arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the fault or damage

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

 

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Custom-made or personalised 3D printed products

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
